RETURN POLICY

Need to make a return?

If you're not satisfied with your SWIT order in any way, our team will gladly help to make things right. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

How long is the return window?

Except for any products designated on the site as non-returnable, we will accept  items in original condition with product tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

*Please note that we don't accept returns after the 30 day timeframe. If an item is sent back after the 30 day window, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.


One Things to Note:

Remember to take extra care to pack your return package properly, so they don't get damaged on the way - we are not responsible for any returns until they reach our return address. Please also make sure to get proof of postage for reference in case you need to check the status with the carrier before it reaches us.

 Please pack all items you are returning and print the return label and stick it on your return.

 

Refunds

You will be not responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.We does not provide return shipping labels

Shipping costs are non-refundable. if you receive a refund,the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
